Arden University’s Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Education in Practice is an innovative new course designed to support anyone working in education in redefining their teaching philosophy and practice for today’s post-pandemic, hybrid digital world. Eligibility
To be eligible for our Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Education in Practice, you should normally have:
A UK degree with second class honors or above (or equivalent).
Current employment in a teaching post in education or in a post which supports students’ learning and development (e.g. lecturer, assistant lecturer, Academic skills tutor, learning designer, learning technologist, student support).
Applicants who do not possess degree equivalent qualifications may be considered if they can demonstrate substantial relevant experience (typically 3 years, supported by references) in higher education roles, with current employment in a post which supports students’ learning and development.
Modules
These modules are delivered sequentially so that each one builds on the knowledge gained in the previous. You will only be able to study one module at a time.

Our online students study their degree through ilearn, Arden’s university campus in the cloud. ilearn provides everything you need to study at University. As well as receiving regular feedback and guidance from your course tutor, you’ll be studying with like-minded students who you can meet with through our Unitu community, and you’ll have access to community message boards to discuss your course and the topics being raised within it. You’ll also have access to our Library Portal. The portal includes an extensive digital library including thousands of journal titles, eBooks, and academic and industry databases which you can use to research your assignments and projects. All of these materials are provided to you free of charge, and contain all the research information you’ll need to complete your degree with us.
