These terms and conditions establish the relationship between ExploreX and our students. We
explain the services we provide and the responsibilities of both parties regarding higher education.
Please read them carefully and reach out for clarification if needed. Sign, date, and include a copy of
these terms and conditions with your application and documents to acknowledge your agreement.

1. I will be respectful, honest, and lawful, adhering to the terms and conditions of our agreement.
2. I will not engage in any abusive, intimidating, or threatening behaviour towards ExploreX staff members. Improper behaviour may result in the withdrawal of services.
3. I will not misuse or exploit ExploreX’s intellectual and physical properties or utilize their resources for personal or commercial gain.
4. I will not defame ExploreX or damage their brand. Any complaints will be addressed directly with ExploreX for resolution.
5. I will provide ExploreX with genuine information and authentic documents, without withholding relevant information or misleading them. I understand the consequences of providing false information or documents.
6. If I seek ExploreX’s assistance in applying to a specific educational institution, I will not submit another application directly or through another agent to that institution during the same academic year. If I choose to withdraw from ExploreX’s services, I will provide written notice with reasons.
7. I will allow ExploreX sufficient time to process my application and collect offers and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). I will not exert undue pressure or make unlawful requests.
8. I will keep my contact details updated with both my education provider and ExploreX.
9. I will comply with the academic regulations of the educational institution represented by ExploreX and maintain its reputation.
10. I will promptly inform the relevant Immigration Authority of any changes in my circumstances while studying abroad.
11. I will abide by the laws of the country and not violate the terms and conditions of my stay as a student. I will not undermine the country’s education standards or reputation.
